Overview

Welcome to The Tomorrow Tribe. The Tomorrow Tribe is a digital-education brand operated by The Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions, a business registered in India with its registered office at VO-662, 13th Floor, Corporate Park, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Gandhi Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions operating The Tomorrow Tribe, and "you" or "the learner" means the person who accesses or uses our website and paid or free offerings.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.thetomtribe.com and everything we sell or publish through it. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Together these documents form the agreement between you and us.

Our offerings are built for freelancers, founders and small-business owners who want to run a leaner business using AI. The content is outcome-focused, business-centric and non-technical. It is educational material and nothing more. Please read the Disclaimers section carefully before you buy.

Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, joining our community, or otherwise using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our offerings.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" then refers to that organisation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from or hold an account with The Tomorrow Tribe. By using the website you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you may use our offerings only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms and accept responsibility for your use and for any payments made.

You also confirm that the information you give us is true and current, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement under Indian law.

What we offer

All our offerings are fully digital. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped to you.

We sell two things: the Membership and the Masterclass. There is no other paid offering.

The Membership is ongoing access to new and updated material together with a private WhatsApp community. It is billed through Razorpay as a recurring subscription. The price is ₹5,000 per month or ₹50,000 per year, each exclusive of GST.

The Masterclass is a periodic live or recorded session priced at around ₹500 (exclusive of GST). Exact pricing and details are shown at the time of each Masterclass.

We also publish free content from time to time. Free content is provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and is still subject to these Terms.

We may add, change, pause or discontinue any offering. Where a change materially affects something you have already paid for, we will act reasonably and in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Delivery and access

Masterclass access is confirmed immediately after your payment is successfully processed.

Community access is delivered through a WhatsApp invite link, sent to you after your Membership payment is confirmed.

Because everything is digital and access is granted at once, there is no shipping, courier or physical delivery involved. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after a successful payment, contact us using the details below and we will help.

Your account and access

To use most of our paid offerings you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens under your account.

Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, your invite links or your paid content with anyone else. One purchase is meant for one person.

Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect sharing, fraud, a chargeback, or a breach of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website and our offerings only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

You agree not to: share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute any of our content; record, copy or republish modules, sessions or community material; scrape, crawl, data-mine or use automated tools to extract content; reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass any access control or payment step; upload anything harmful, unlawful or infringing; or use our material to build or train a competing product or service.

You also agree not to misuse the website in any way that disrupts it, harms other users, or attempts to gain access to areas or accounts that are not yours.

Intellectual property

All content we provide, including the modules, videos, text, worksheets, templates, designs, branding and the website itself, is owned by The Tomorrow Tribe or licensed to us. It is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law.

When you buy an offering, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use that content for your own learning. You do not buy the content itself, and no ownership passes to you.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit the content, and you may not scrape or copy it, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived. Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us. This licence ends if these Terms end or if your access is terminated.

Pricing, payment and taxes

Every price shown for our offerings is exclusive of GST. Goods and Services Tax is charged over and above the listed price at the applicable rate (currently 18%). The total payable, including GST, is shown to you before you confirm payment. Our GSTIN is 27CJFPG1005D1ZY.

The Masterclass and the Membership are paid for through our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net-banking and similar methods; the Membership is billed as a recurring subscription. By paying, you agree to the terms Razorpay applies to your transaction. We do not store your full card details; these are handled securely by the payment provider.

Some offerings, such as the Membership, are recurring. Card-based subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price plus GST, until you cancel. UPI-based subscriptions may need to be renewed manually, and access may pause if a renewal payment is not made.

You can manage or cancel a recurring Membership as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refunds, where they apply, are governed entirely by that policy. Prices may change over time; any change applies to future purchases and to renewals after the change takes effect.

WhatsApp community rules

Membership includes access to a private WhatsApp community. The community is a space for members to learn, ask questions and support one another.

Inside the community, please be respectful and keep things on-topic. Do not spam, advertise without permission, share other members' information, post unlawful or offensive content, or share paid membership material outside the group. Community access is personal to you and may not be shared.

We may moderate, restrict or revoke your community access if your Membership payment is not current, or if you breach these Terms or behave in a way that harms the community. Where access is revoked for misconduct or non-payment, any refund is governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

Our offerings are educational only. They are designed to teach you concepts, tools and approaches for using AI in a business. They are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under law.

We do not guarantee any business, income, revenue or financial outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skills, market conditions and decisions. Nothing we provide should be read as a promise or projection of earnings.

Our content is not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Before acting on anything you learn, please consult a qualified professional who can advise on your specific situation.

We do not warrant that the website or our offerings will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that any third-party platform we rely on, such as Razorpay or WhatsApp, will be free of issues.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, The Tomorrow Tribe and the people who operate it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or our offerings.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for all claims connected with an offering will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that offering in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. You can cancel a recurring Membership as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if a payment fails or is reversed, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we are required to do so by law.

When access ends, the licence granted to you ends too, and you must stop using and delete any content you are no longer entitled to keep. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our offerings, in our payment partners, or in the law.

When we make a material change, we will update the date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. The current version was last updated on 1 July 2026.

If you continue to use the website or our offerings after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using The Tomorrow Tribe.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our offerings.

We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly and in good faith before any formal step is taken.
