This website describes agency services and accepts enquiries. It has no checkout and takes no payment. Your written service agreement sets the payment schedule, cancellation terms and treatment of unperformed work. Please review it before paying.

Refer to your written proposal, service agreement and payment confirmation for the terms that apply to your engagement.

Email puro@thetomtribe.com with your business name, payment date and agreement or invoice reference, if available. We can help identify the relevant engagement. Please do not send card numbers, banking credentials, passwords or one-time codes.
