Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains when you can cancel and when you can get a refund for anything you buy from The Tomorrow Tribe, available at https://www.thetomtribe.com. The Tomorrow Tribe is operated by The Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions, registered in India.

Everything The Tomorrow Tribe sells is digital. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Because access is delivered to you instantly after payment, the rules below are written specifically for digital learning products.

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST is added on top at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Any refund we make is calculated on the amount you actually paid.

In short: Masterclass seats and Membership payments are non-refundable, though you can cancel your Membership anytime to stop future billing, and genuine payment errors are always refunded in full.

Membership

Membership gives you ongoing access to new and updated material plus a private WhatsApp community. It is priced at ₹5,000 per month or ₹50,000 per year, each exclusive of GST, and is billed through Razorpay as a recurring subscription.

Membership is a standalone subscription. It is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime as set out below.

You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals so you will not be charged again.

Cancelling does not refund the cycle you have already paid for. There is no pro-rata refund for the current paid period. Your access continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and then it stops.

A note on renewals: card-based subscriptions may auto-renew automatically, while UPI-based subscriptions may need you to renew manually. If you do not want to be charged again, please cancel before your next renewal date.

The Masterclass

The Masterclass is a periodic live or recorded session, priced at around ₹500 (exclusive of GST). Payment is processed by Razorpay.

Because a Masterclass seat is reserved for you and access is delivered digitally, Masterclass payments are non-refundable.

If a Masterclass is cancelled or rescheduled by The Tomorrow Tribe and you cannot attend the new date, we will move your seat to a future session or give you credit towards one.

Duplicate and failed payments

If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment fails but money is still deducted from your account, you will be refunded the extra or stuck amount in full. This applies regardless of the refund rules above, because it is a payment error rather than a change of mind.

Masterclass and Membership payments are all processed by Razorpay. If a duplicate or failed charge happens, contact us using the details below and we will sort it out.

How to cancel or request a refund

Please include the email address or phone number you used at checkout, what you bought, and the date of purchase, so we can find your payment quickly. We will respond and confirm next steps.

Delivery

Everything we provide is 100% digital. Masterclass access is confirmed immediately after your payment is successful.

Community access is delivered through a WhatsApp invite link, sent to you after your Membership payment is confirmed. There is no physical product and nothing is posted or shipped to you.

If you have paid but cannot see your access, contact us on the channels above and we will restore it.

How approved refunds are paid

We review every refund request and respond within 2 business days of receiving it. When a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, the same method you used at checkout.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The time for the money to appear in your account after that depends on your bank or payment provider.

We do not store your card details. Card information is handled securely by Razorpay, our payment processor.
