Strategy is part of the programme. We agree the audience, formats and goals that guide production, then refine them as we learn. You do not need to buy a separate strategy package first.

One original video counts once, even when published to several agreed destinations. Monthly client capacity does not roll forward. Your written proposal sets recording allowances, duration, destinations, feedback windows and how agency-caused shortfalls are made good or credited.

All prices are in USD. The proposal confirms final scope, dates and applicable taxes. Paid ads, inbox management, bespoke shows and unlimited revisions are outside the programme.

Help your audience
do something useful.

Standard guides, PDFs, checklists, templates and simple calculators or tools are included. Each solves a focused problem using your approved expertise. The mix is agreed in the monthly plan.

Five resources pair with five of the 15 reels; ten pair with ten of the 30. These are additional assets, not replacement reels. A resource request or download is not automatically a qualified enquiry.

We prepare and check the resource, consolidate your feedback and verify the agreed delivery link before the paired reel goes live. Source files and handoff follow the written terms. An existing approved host or a spreadsheet can be used for a simple tool.

Custom apps, websites, payment systems, paid-product launches, routine DM/email automation and unlimited maintenance are outside standard scope. Detailed page, input and revision limits are agreed in the written proposal.

We capture your expertise and positioning, build an audience and voice brief, agree claim boundaries, develop recurring formats and visual treatments, and establish your publishing and approval workflow.

The working setup scope includes one 90-minute capture session, three format briefs, two visual treatments, a first-cycle topic map and up to three agreed destinations. A remote room/equipment checklist, technical check and one consolidated setup feedback round are included, with details confirmed in the proposal.

The first three pilot videos count inside your first paid month’s 15 or 30 shorts. Setup covers preparation and configuration, not three extra videos. Routine monthly improvement does not trigger another setup charge.

A recording plan
you can actually use.

You record your own content using an agreed brief and setup. We guide the room, equipment, framing and recording process around what is practical for you. You provide usable footage, factual inputs and one person who consolidates approvals.

There is no blanket promise about the total hours you will spend. Preparation, recording and reviews still need your participation.

If local crew is helpful, setup includes one bounded sourcing cycle for one location: a standard brief, up to three candidate contacts where available, up to two quote comparisons and one remote handoff. You choose, contract and pay the crew directly.

Shoot fees, equipment, travel, further locations and on-site supervision are separate. We disclose referral relationships; you are free to choose another vendor.

Review scripts for accuracy, claims and voice before recording. We check the edit against the approved brief, resolve corrections and get your approval before publishing.

Your written proposal confirms the number of consolidated script and edit review rounds within the agreed brief. Agency errors are corrected. A new concept or changes after script approval are separately scoped.

We review audience fit, meaningful engagement, trust signals and relevant enquiries alongside delivery and effort. You share available opportunity and sales feedback. Plan with a twelve-month investment horizon, while reviewing the evidence throughout; this is not a twelve-month contract. No fixed number of leads, sales or viral posts is guaranteed. Delayed inputs or approvals can move delivery dates.

WHEN AN IDEA NEEDS MORE ROOM

Long-form,
when it makes sense.

Longer talking-head videos can be separately scoped for a managed account with reusable positioning and suitable source material. They are not included in the monthly short-video allowance.

We review footage, target duration, script needs and any visual enhancements before a written quote. Fully generated long-form needs its own sample and costed scope.
