THE WORKING RELATIONSHIP

A content operation.
With you at its centre.

We handle the process. You remain the source of expertise and the person who approves how it is represented.

01

Start with fit

Tell us who you help, what you know and what content needs to support. We review the enquiry and, where there is a fit, arrange a focused conversation. We use it to understand the business and whether our programme fits.

02

Agree the scope

Select the monthly capacity and set dates. Confirm source inputs, a named approver, review rounds, acceptance criteria and payment terms in writing.

03

Capture your expertise

Bring examples, customer questions and claims you can support. We build the knowledge and voice brief, agree formats and check the recording setup.

04

Make a first batch

Approve scripts, then record with our guidance. Optional AI footage needs a separate brief and acceptance sample. For managed content, the first three pilots sit within the first monthly allocation.

05

Review and publish

One client lead supplies consolidated feedback. We resolve corrections and obtain release approval before publishing to the agreed destinations. Delayed inputs can move delivery dates.

06

Learn and refine

Review audience relevance, useful responses and business evidence with appropriate attribution limits. Use that learning to decide the next batch. We do not guarantee leads, conversions or viral posts.

WHAT YOU BRING

Expertise.
Participation.
Patience.

Relevant knowledge or access to it, usable source material, time to record where needed and timely approvals. Please secure permission for client stories, images and other third-party material before sharing them for publication.

Plan with a twelve-month investment horizon and review the evidence throughout. This is not a minimum contract term or a deadline for results. Business age is not the deciding factor. Clear goals, credible experience and a workable collaboration matter more.
