Who we are
The Tomorrow Tribe ("we", "us", "our") is a digital-education brand operated by The Tomorrow Tribe Creative Solutions, registered in India at VO-662, 13th Floor, Corporate Park, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Gandhi Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079, GSTIN 27CJFPG1005D1ZY. Our website is https://www.thetomtribe.com.
We help freelancers, founders and small-business owners learn to run a leaner business with AI. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to everyone who visits our website, joins the Membership, attends a Masterclass, or uses our free content. By using The Tomorrow Tribe you agree to the practices described here.
What personal data we collect
Account and contact details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number. We use these to set up your access, send you what you bought, and reach you about your account.
Learning data: your learning progress, such as which modules you have started or completed, so we can show you where you are and give you continued access to what you have purchased.
Payment information: when you pay, your card, UPI or net-banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials. We receive only limited records such as whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.
Communication and support data: any messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and our replies.
Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as the pages you view, used to keep the site working and secure. See the Cookies and local storage section below.
How we use your data
To give you what you paid for: granting access to the Membership or Masterclass immediately after a successful payment, and sending a WhatsApp invite link to the private community for members.
To run your account: tracking your learning progress, keeping your lifetime access to purchased modules, and managing Membership renewals. Card-based subscriptions may auto-renew; UPI-based subscriptions may need manual renewal, and we may remind you when one is due.
To communicate with you: sending transactional emails such as receipts, access details and account notices, and replying to your questions over email or WhatsApp.
To handle payments, invoicing and tax: every price on The Tomorrow Tribe is exclusive of GST, and GST is charged over and above at the applicable rate (currently 18%). We keep payment and invoice records to meet our accounting and tax obligations in India.
To keep The Tomorrow Tribe safe and improve it: preventing fraud and misuse, fixing problems, and understanding which content is useful.
We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Our legal bases
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), we process your personal data on the following bases.
Your consent: when you sign up, buy from us, join the community, or contact us, you give consent for us to use your data for the purposes described in this policy. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).
To deliver what you asked for: we need your data to provide the Membership or Masterclass you bought and to manage your access. We rely mainly on your consent for this, together with the specific legitimate uses and legal obligations the DPDP Act recognises, where they apply.
To meet legal obligations: we keep certain records, such as invoices and tax records, because Indian law requires us to.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever. We share it only with the service providers (processors) we need to run The Tomorrow Tribe, and only for the purposes below. Each processor is bound to use your data only on our instructions.
Razorpay: processes your payments (UPI, cards, net-banking and similar). Your card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by The Tomorrow Tribe.
Meta (WhatsApp): the private members' community runs as a WhatsApp group. We use your WhatsApp number to add you to it and to manage community access.
Google: we use Google Sheets to keep our records, such as purchase and access records.
Resend: sends our transactional emails, such as receipts and access details.
We may also share data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful request from an authority, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and local storage
Our website uses cookies and similar browser technologies that are needed to make the site work, keep you signed in, and keep it secure.
To improve your experience, the site stores your lesson progress locally in your browser using local storage. This lets the site remember where you are in a module on your device. This information stays in your browser and is not, by itself, a way for us to identify you.
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you do, you may be signed out and locally saved lesson progress on that device may be reset.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active, so you keep your lifetime access to purchased modules and your Membership benefits.
We keep payment and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after you stop using The Tomorrow Tribe.
When data is no longer needed for these purposes, or when you ask us to delete it and we are not required to keep it, we delete it or anonymise it.
How we protect your data
We take reasonable security steps to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes choosing established service providers such as Razorpay, limiting who can access your data, and relying on our processors' own security measures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will act as required under the DPDP Act, including informing the Data Protection Board of India and affected users where applicable.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have rights over your personal data, and we are happy to help you use them.
Right to access: you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
Right to correction and completion: you can ask us to correct data that is wrong or complete data that is incomplete.
Right to erasure: you can ask us to delete your personal data, unless we are required by law to keep it (for example, tax records).
Right to withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer provide some parts of the service.
Right of grievance redressal: you can raise any concern about how we handle your data with our Grievance Officer (see below).
Right to nominate: you can nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, contact us at puro@thetomtribe.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
Grievance Officer and the DPDP Act
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in how we handle your personal data.
If you have any complaint or concern about your data, please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve it: puro@thetomtribe.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
Children's data
The Tomorrow Tribe is meant for adults running or building a business. It is not intended for children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us their data, please contact us at puro@thetomtribe.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, such as Razorpay, Meta (WhatsApp), Google and Resend, may store or process data on servers outside India.
Where your data is transferred outside India, we do so in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions the Government of India may notify, and we rely on providers who apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a service or change a provider.
When we make a material change, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know by email or on the website. This policy was last updated on 1 July 2026.
