Most clients won’t need a setup fee.

Most clients won’t need a separate setup engagement. Routine planning and content direction are part of Managed for You. A setup fee applies only when substantial positioning, branding or strategy work is needed. We agree the scope and fee with you before starting.

Typically 1–2 weeks. Subject to scheduling, your inputs and timely approvals. We agree the working dates before starting.

When a deeper foundation is needed, we agree who you are speaking to, what you want content to achieve and how your brand should show up. Strategy, positioning and a practical content brand identity give both teams the same foundation.

What does the optional setup cover?
  • Strategy & positioning Workshop your goals, audience, expertise and point of view. Agree the promise, key messages and what success should look like.
  • Profile & content direction Handle, bio and next-step recommendations, content pillars, repeatable series and the first topic plan.
  • Brand identity for content Agree a colour palette, typography, covers and an editing look and feel. Test the treatment so future content has a consistent identity.
  • The working system Recording guidance, assets, responsibilities, approvals and publishing access. Document the agreed direction in a shared setup brief.

This is a focused identity for your content, not a complete logo redesign, website or unlimited brand consultancy. The first three pilot reels count within the first paid monthly allocation. Edits Only starts with an editing brief and does not automatically include managed setup.
